The fund’s primary investment objective is to seek growth of capital. It seeks to achieve its primary investment objective by making investments based on the Investment Manager’s perception of companies that are selling at substantial discounts to their "Private Market Value with a CatalystTM (“PMV”). PMV is defined as the price an informed buyer would pay for an entire business in a negotiated transaction, combined with a catalyst, to earn rates of returns independent of the broad markets' direction. Current income, to the extent it may affect potential growth of capital, is a secondary objective.
